Sandy has been married to Dick for almost 40years . Sandy is one of the area’s leading Wilmington real estate professionals. She is a broker and accredited buyer representative. As a buyer representative she will be your eyes and ears to help you seek out the perfect property and make your experience as stress-free as possible. Sandy was one of the first 500 Realtors in the National Association of Realtors to become a Certified Internet Professional. She utilizes aggressive and innovative marketing tools to expose your property both locally and nationally. Sandy continually stays abreast of cutting-edge techniques and technology.
Dick is married to Sandy Beals. He is an intregal part of theWilmington Real Estate team and is very involved in the day-to-day activities of the team including directing all the marketing activities and is the Broker-in-Charge. He is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB). He too completed the e-PRO course to become a certified internet professional. His experience includes training and recruiting.

Our graphic designer and technical support guru is our son, Gregory Beals, He attended Pratt Institute where he majored in Computer Graphics. Greg, his wife Suzanne and their children, Kainoa and Kalani live in Wilmington. Suzanne works for the local Time Warner company. Greg is an entrepreneur who owns his own company called Creative Edge Studios, Inc. and the Casual Edge. He specializes in interactive media, marketing, vehicle graphics, logos, etc. Casual Edge is his latest endeavor with logo apparrel.
Dick and Sandy’s oldest son, Steven works on the databases and other special projects for the company, Steven works for Citrix as a consultant. Jessica, his wife, is a former teacher and now a full time mom As you can see, this is definitely, a Wilmington Real Estate family affair.
The Grandchildren are many – Joshua, Emma, Aaron, Evan and Kainoa and Kalani…from ages 10 to 2.
And, then there’s the welcome committe staffed by Sir Clayton Dudley Beals — Dick and Sandy’s Lhasa Apso. Clayton is Director of the Welcoming Department. He sometimes goes out scout Wilmington Real Estate with Dick and Sandy. Never has many comments though!!

Rose Glinksi comes to us with new construction and first time home buyer experience. Denise Brasser works with both buyers, and referrals. Shelley Johnson has the Short Sale/Foreclosure Certification that many Wilmington Real Estate agents are pursuing in this current market.
