One of the most prestigious communities in and around Wilmington, NC is located 5 minutes from Wrightsville Beach is the gated community of Landfall. Here you will find villas, townhomes, large custom built homes, two golf courses (Jack Nicklaus course and Pete Dye course) and breathtaking magnificent homes. There is something for everyone in Landfall. Some homes are located on the Intracoastal Waterway, where there are natural surroundings.

Inland Greens/Cedar Ridge

The community houses a par 3 golf course. This is a walking course where the course winds through an array

Tyndall

Tyndall is an established neighborhood of distinguished quality built homes and is one of our favorite communities in and around Wilmington, NC. It was developed about 10 years ago by the Beasley family. These lovely homes are located on winding roads and cul-de-sacs. These homes offer living space on an average of over 3500 square feet. Homes in Tyndall are situated on large spacious lots with perfectly manicured lawns and lush landscaping. The homes are stately, traditional and most are constructed of brick.

Preston Woods is a diverse community developed in the 1990′s, made up of one and two-story homes offering 3-5 bedrooms. Blue Point

Blue Point is located in the Porter’s Neck area of Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, which is on the north side of town. This is a marsh front neighborhood on Page’s Creek. Blue Point is a new community with both custom built home from the $350′s on up, home sites and brick villas starting in the mid $200′s. The community features first class amenities including: clubhouse, pool and tennis course. In May of 2001, we made Blue Point our home. It is thrilling to watch a neighborhood progress. This is one of the fastest growing communities in and around Wilmington, NC, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. We still call it home and moved across the community into a larger home.

Kure Beach is located south of Carolina Beach and dates to 1870. Here you will find simple cottages, historic beach motels, townhomes and lovely neighborhoods such as Kure Estates. Kure Estates homes are located a short walk to the beach and residents enjoy their own private gazebo and access to the beach. Most of these homes are multi-level and beautiful decks so with some you can capture of view of the ocean.

Figure Eight Island

This is a gated-private resort community where some residents live year round. It has magnificent homes, hardly any commercial amenities, but does have a yacht club, marina, boat ramp and untouched beaches. This is a favorite get away for celebrities and politicians. This is the most prestigious of communities in and around Wilmington, NC.

Shinn Creek

Shinn Creek Estates is a pristine waterfront community. The homes here are on large wooded home sites with Intracoastal Waterway access. Its residents enjoy the community pool and tennis courts. The homes various from traditional low country, with grand front porches and striking appeal to multi-level homes with boat slips. The streets are lined with Charleston-type street lamps; there is a boat ramp access to the waterway and homes boasting a variety of architecture….some on a canal in their backyard…leading out to the ICWW.
